About the Role
Cato Networks is seeking a Channel Sales Engineer to join their team. This role will serve as a technical resource for the field sales force, driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects
- βDevelop and deliver product demonstrations
- βRepresent the product to customers and at field events
- βRespond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- βConvey customer requirements to Product Management teams
- βTravel throughout sales territory
Requirements
- β4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience with network and/or cloud security products
- βProven track record in software sales
- βComprehensive understanding of networking technology, including LAN and WAN technologies, Switching and routing, Security (Firewalls and Filtering technologies), Cloud
- βDegree in Computer Science or equivalent
- βStrong presentation skills and written communication
- βOrganised, analytical, creative and adaptive approach
