About the Role
The Commercial Operations Analyst will support go-to-market teams through systems management, analytics, and operational execution. This role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, efficient deal execution, and strong CRM adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadences
- →Maintain sales dashboards for bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, and activity
- →Drive CRM adoption and opportunity hygiene
- →Support lead-to-opportunity workflows and routing logic
- →Assist with territory assignments and commercial process improvements
- →Provide operational support to commercial leadership and reps
- →Partner with Deal Desk and Finance to support quote-to-cash workflows
- →Ensure opportunity data accuracy for pricing, approvals, and contracts
- →Build reporting on deal velocity, approvals, and revenue performance
- →Identify bottlenecks in deal flow and recommend process improvements
- →Support revenue tracking and post-close reporting
- →Produce recurring reports on pipeline, bookings, revenue, renewals, and performance
- →Support executive and leadership reporting
- →Deliver ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- →Partner cross-functionally on reporting needs
Requirements
- ✓2-4+ years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles at SaaS companies
- ✓Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
- ✓Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce required)
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS business models and revenue reporting frameworks
- ✓Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
