We are looking for a talented and passionate Gameplay Designer to join our team and help us develop a new game in the Witcher Saga. You will play a crucial role in developing behaviors for our unique NPCs and enemies to provide engaging, fun, and challenging encounters and interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implementation of NPCs and enemies behavior subsystems
- →Collaboration with designers, programmers, and other project stakeholders to develop and refine mechanics that enhance player immersion and satisfaction
- →Designing and prototyping unique enemy, NPC, and character companions behaviors, reactions, abilities, and weaknesses
- →Iterating on behavior through playtesting and feedback to create engaging and dynamic experiences
- →Creation of clear and detailed documentation for AI subsystems
- →Acting as a subject matter expert, mentoring the team
