About the Role
We are looking for a Web Designer to join CD PROJEKT RED’s team. This role focuses on creatively leading complex web design projects that maintain brand consistency across the studio’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Copy, Development) to ensure visual storytelling and functionality meet project objectives.
- →Prepare and optimize multi-density assets (1x, 2x, 3x) and export pipelines (WebP, SVG, PNG) for implementation.
- →Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications.
- →Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and localization readiness (text expansion, RTL).
- →Participate in creative reviews and critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- →Support junior designers by reviewing files, mentoring on responsive design, and ensuring consistent application of design systems.
- →Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- →Document design systems, visual rules, and rationale for future use and scalability.
- →Communicate project status and blockers through Jira and regular cross-team syncs.
Requirements
