About the Role
The Marketing Team at Shield AI is seeking a Motion Designer to create dynamic, high-impact motion graphics and animations that bring the company's brand, technology, and mission to life. This role involves translating complex concepts into visually engaging, story-driven motion content and collaborating with designers and video editors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, campaigns, product explainers, and digital channels.
- →Work closely with Marketing leadership to define Shield AI’s motion and video brand across platforms.
- →Collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams to bring ideas from concept through delivery.
- →Maintain Shield AI’s visual identity through consistent motion design standards and templates.
- →Create assets optimized for multiple platforms and aspect ratios including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
- →Support video editors with animated elements, transitions, and branded graphics.
- →Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver on tight production schedules.
- →Prepare files, organize assets, and ensure version control and quality control of deliverables.
Requirements
- ✓8-10 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a related field.
- ✓Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- ✓Strong design fundamentals in layout, composition, color, and typography.
- ✓Proven ability to create visually engaging content across formats and platforms.
- ✓Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
