About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital advertising programs at AHEAD. This role owns end-to-end digital ad operations from platform strategy and placement to performance measurement and optimization while ensuring AHEAD’s advertising investments drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising programs
- →Own and evolve the digital ad placement strategy across channels
- →Define audience targeting, solution focus, creative formats, and channel mix aligned to business goals
- →Establish and manage a measurement framework to track ad performance
- →Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions, cost efficiency
- →Continuously optimize ads for placement, solution focus, targeting criteria and format
- →Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and ROI
- →Partner with program managers and marketing leadership to align digital advertising with pipeline and revenue goals
- →Develop scalable processes and best practices for digital ad operations
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertising operations
- ✓Proven experience strategizing and managing multi-channel digital ad programs
- ✓Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance
- ✓Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate results to senior stakeholders
- ✓Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
