About the Role
We are looking for an experienced product leader to join Celestia Labs, the first modular L1 blockchain. This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a team of 3, focusing on product strategy and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product strategy and prioritization across Celestia's product portfolio
- →Lead and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction and accountability
- →Continuously assess the competitive landscape and conduct win/loss analysis
- →Establish rigorous user research practices and build accurate user stories
- →Shift from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones
- →Partner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches and external materials
- →Work closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams
- →Represent product at the executive level and contribute to company-wide strategy
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
- ✓Proven track record of building and scaling product functions at similar tech companies
- ✓Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making
- ✓Experience establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
- ✓Demonstrated rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- ✓Experience working with engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needs
- ✓Crypto-native background with deep understanding of blockchain technology
