About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the self-service ecosystem at Cents, a vertical SaaS platform revolutionizing the garment care industry. This role involves end-to-end ownership of all aspects related to self-serve laundry across multiple verticals, including device and machine management, hardware integrations, operator business tools, and customer-facing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the strategy and roadmap for Cents’ self-service ecosystem
→Develop mobile applications for route managers and operators
→Act as the primary product bridge between Cents and Laundroworks systems
→Partner with hardware and firmware engineers for seamless integration
→Collaborate with mobile and backend engineering teams
→Work with leadership stakeholders and external teams to incorporate feedback
→Translate complex operational workflows into product requirements
→Manage competing priorities while maintaining a cohesive vision
→Ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
→Measure and improve key outcomes including device adoption and operator efficiency

Requirements

✓4–7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, hardware-enabled software, or mobile environments
✓Strong technical fluency with firmware, hardware integrations, APIs, and mobile engineering
✓Experience with complex, multi-surface products and multiple user personas
✓Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
✓Strong roadmap definition and prioritization skills
✓Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
✓Operational empathy in environments with field teams and physical device ecosystems
