About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at CI&T, a tech transformation specialist with 30 years of history. You'll collaborate with global clients to understand their business needs and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

- →Conduct deep dive sessions with subject matter experts to understand client needs
- →Map workflows, dependencies, and interactions between digital product components
- →Study financial regulatory frameworks and their impact on digital products
- →Identify dependencies affecting development and implementation
- →Provide detailed analysis to assist in strategic decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- ✓Fluency in English is mandatory
- ✓Effective written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- ✓Knowledge of project management and data analysis tools is a plus
