About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Java/Angular Developer to join our team supporting one of Latin America's largest banks in their digital transformation journey. This full-stack developer role focuses on building and evolving impactful solutions with direct business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a full-stack developer contributing to the construction and evolution of business-impact solutions
- →Develop and maintain applications using Java/Spring on back-end and Angular on front-end
- →Work with engineering team to ensure quality, scalable deliveries following best practices
- →Participate in technical refinement, support team in problem-solving, and act with systemic product vision
- →Actively collaborate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvements
- →Support team evolution through knowledge sharing and improvement suggestions
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with Java and Spring Framework including API development
- ✓Real-world experience with Angular understanding componentization and front-end architecture best practices
- ✓Experience with unit testing and automated testing
- ✓Knowledge of microservices, messaging (queues/topics), and asynchronous communication
- ✓Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Experience with Git and strong orientation to engineering best practices
- ✓Availability to work 2x per week at client location (Osasco-SP)
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile environments
- ✓Willingness to learn, propose improvements, and act with technical autonomy
