About the Role
We are seeking a Software Architect / Lead Engineer to join our team and work with an Education sector client. This role involves designing and evolving scalable, secure, and high-performance technological solutions while making strategic technical decisions and supporting development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a technical and architectural reference for the client, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- →Participate in design and architecture discussions, proposing robust and sustainable technical solutions.
- →Structure technical backlogs, support story refinement, and guide the team in strategic decisions.
- →Ensure solutions comply with best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- →Create and maintain technical and design documentation as per client needs.
- →Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, providing guidance and viable alternatives.
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical and business solutions.
- →Understand requirements and define appropriate frameworks, technologies, and architectural patterns.
- →Contribute to the implementation and evolution of CI/CD pipelines and proof of concepts.
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- ✓Practical experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- ✓Experience in defining frameworks, technologies, and architectural patterns.
- ✓Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
- ✓Ability to create proof of concepts (POCs) and develop complex technical mechanisms.
- ✓Collaborative profile with good communication skills and ability to translate technical challenges into valuable solutions.
- ✓Interest in learning new frameworks and technologies.
- ✓Knowledge of Java.
- ✓Knowledge of React.
- ✓Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo 1 time per week in Vila Mariana.
