About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of the NGSS solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

→Understand business requirements and validate the NGSS solution architecture
→Comprehend NGSS applications and services, engaging in technical discussions
→Deliver solutions for new NGSS features by translating business requirements
→Collaborate with solution architects to develop comprehensive solution documentation
→Work with product designers to enhance user experience
→Lead hand-off meetings and provide ongoing guidance
→Identify dependencies and manage team backlog

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field
✓At least three years of applicable IT experience
✓Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
✓Experience with web-based application development teams
✓Proficiency in diagnosing application issues with log files
✓Working knowledge of RESTful API concepts
✓Proficient in handling JSON files and understanding database concepts
✓Familiarity with one or more programming languages
✓Basic understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems
✓Ability to troubleshoot and manage problems independently
✓Knowledge of UML or similar modeling language
✓Advanced English proficiency
