About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team at CI&T. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital product design and be able to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and conduct discovery sessions and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
- →Partner with business leadership.
- →Lead the creation and development of wireframes and interface components.
- →Lead the design discipline for the business unit you will work in.
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
- →Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- →Design and conduct internal and client workshops.
Requirements
- ✓Proven leadership experience in design.
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating user experience skills.
- ✓Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
- ✓Mastery of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
