About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scrum Master to join our team at CI&T. This role involves leading agile teams in strategic data engineering and data science projects for a major financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead agile teams as Scrum Master in data projects
→Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
→Ensure effective communication between the team and stakeholders, particularly business units
→Support the team in understanding agile methodologies and implementing them in daily work
→Assist in designing solutions for business needs in collaboration with technical and business teams
→Support the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements, refining and detailing user stories, and maintaining an updated backlog
→Ensure proper functioning of agile management and control tools
→Identify and resolve risks and impediments collaboratively
→Track team performance metrics and support improvements in delivery predictability and quality

Requirements

✓Proven experience as Scrum Master in agile teams, preferably in data/technology teams
✓Academic degree in technology, data, or project management
✓Desirable knowledge of other agile methodologies beyond Scrum and complementary agile practices
✓Desirable knowledge of Jira and project management tools
