About the Role

We are looking for a Credentialing Strategy Manager to join Pennylane, a fast-growing fintech in France. This role focuses on developing and managing credentialing programs to validate user and partner expertise, boost product adoption, and ensure partner service quality.

Key Responsibilities

→Audit and continuously improve current certifications
→Regularly update exam content in collaboration with product and content teams
→Manage certification delivery processes and user experience improvements
→Define and prioritize new certifications based on user needs
→Develop partner accreditation program with defined levels and eligibility criteria
→Coordinate with education, partnership, marketing, and product teams
→Lead regular internal communication with key stakeholders
→Monitor KPIs and create performance reports

Requirements

✓Solid experience in cross-team project management
✓Experience in a SaaS environment
✓Expertise with learning software like LMS or credential management tools
✓Strong ability to define KPIs and analyze performance data
✓Proficiency in English and French
