About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Tech Lead to lead our team in Brazil at CI&T. You will work on innovative projects in a collaborative, multicultural environment focused on collaboration, innovation, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure mitigation of solution and delivery risks
- →Monitor and provide input on technical and architectural solutions proposed by the team
- →Manage the team's roadmap and activities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- →Approve and monitor deployment planning in production
- →Monitor production incidents, ensuring resolution in sprints or war rooms
- →Monitor technical and operational indicators (productivity, quality, throughput, etc.)
- →Be responsible for team rituals (dailies, planning, retrospectives, and PDCA rituals with management)
- →Ensure planning and estimation of solutions
- →Manage functional and non-functional backlog, aligning priorities with stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience in technical leadership of development teams
- ✓Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
- ✓Deep knowledge of software architecture (Microservices, RESTful APIs, Design Patterns, and SOLID)
- ✓Experience with version control tools (Git) and dependency management
- ✓Experience in backlog, roadmap, and agile rituals management (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- ✓Ability to make architectural decisions and guide the team in solutions of medium to high complexity
