About the Role
We are seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end monthly close processes and financial analysis for Pattern Operations. This role involves analyzing performance data, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end monthly close processes and prepare financial analysis and reporting packages
- →Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance vs budget
- →Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- →Manage quarterly P&L forecasting process for operational metrics
- →Prepare sensitivity analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability
- →Evaluate new business opportunities through financial projection models
- →Partner with inventory management team to ensure budget alignment
- →Summarize operational data into daily, weekly, and monthly updates
- →Identify and implement improvements in finance processes
- →Use AI tools to design and implement new processes
- →Serve as subject matter expert on international operations costs
- →Deliver training and guidance to relevant teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal and English skills
- ✓Experience with financial modeling
- ✓Attention to detail and ability to self-check work
- ✓Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Knowledge of working with large amounts of data
- ✓Exceptional Excel, MS Office, and Google Office skills
- ✓Experience with ERP and planning software tools
