About the Role

CI&T is seeking a Master AI/Machine Learning Specialist to drive AI transformation in software engineering. This role involves designing, prototyping, and scaling agentic and GenAI solutions to improve developer experience, productivity, quality, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and develop robust and scalable AI solutions for business problems
→Utilize foundation models on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Sagemaker to meet customer performance needs
→Analyze and extract relevant information from large historical data to automate and optimize processes
→Communicate complex mathematical concepts to non-experts

Requirements

✓Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
✓Experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, CV, GNN, or distributed training
✓Solid experience in developing and deploying large-scale machine learning models into production
✓Effective communication in English and Portuguese
✓Experience with AWS services including SageMaker, EMR, S3, DynamoDB, and EC2
✓Practical knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering
