We are looking for an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance by designing and executing robust automated and manual testing strategies, collaborating closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts.
β’ Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across multiple applications and platforms.
β’ Partner with development teams from early stages to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
β’ Perform performance, load, and stress testing to validate system stability and scalability.
β’ Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with developers to ensure timely resolution.
β’ Contribute to the definition and evolution of test strategies, standards, and QA best practices.
β’ Analyze test results, identify quality trends, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
β’ Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
β’ Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
β’ Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit.
β’ Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
β’ Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
β’ Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
β’ Advanced or fluent English.
