About the Role

We are looking for an AI Implementation Leader to join CI&T's team. This role involves serving as the fundamental link between our global Artificial Intelligence offerings and the operations within contracts serving our clients across all regions where we operate.

Key Responsibilities

→Operate at CI&T's strategic and tactical levels
→Ensure AI technology is operationalized with a focus on impact generation
→Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions
→Act as the primary operational point of contact with clients
→Lead and motivate the team, fostering a high-performance environment
→Conduct projects with a focus on Lean Leadership
→Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks
→Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the offerings governance team
→Monitor progress against the plan and manage the budget

Requirements

✓Fluent English
✓Solid knowledge of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem (GenAI, LLMs, and automation)
✓Proficiency in mapping the development lifecycle to identify operational gaps
✓Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams in dynamic environments
✓Advanced proficiency in management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) and Agile methodologies
✓Ability to prioritize the backlog with a focus on ROI and business impact
✓Technical skill to anticipate problems and structure effective mitigation plans
✓Ability to document processes, create playbooks, and train teams
✓Excellence in articulating ideas and influencing stakeholders at various levels
