About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Partner to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Berlin. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, manage tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βCoordinate calendar management for the CTO, including meetings, travel, and special events
- βMake travel arrangements efficiently and accurately, presenting information in a clear format
- βAssist with technology functions for executive meetings, such as video conferencing and AV setup
- βPartner with other Executive Assistants and the Workspaces team
- βSupport planning and execution of quarterly company meetings with the Executive Leadership Team
- βHandle sensitive assignments requiring complete confidentiality
- βPrepare and track expense reports and receipts
- βManage purchase requisitions and budget/financial processes
- βHandle special projects and events as needed
- βPrepare and follow up for key leadership meetings, including agenda shaping and action tracking
- βSupport light budgeting and financial tracking for the executive office
- βDrive execution of cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the executive
- βPrepare concise briefs and summaries to support executive decision-making
