About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager Insurance to join SIXT. This role involves taking full end-to-end ownership of international insurance projects with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplement cross-country projects to reduce claims costs operationally, from planning to success tracking
- βAnalyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business cases and ROI analyses
- βDrive strategic insurance initiatives, RfP processes, and digital transformation projects proactively
- βPrepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- βCoordinate international, cross-functional teams and align closely with Country Teams, Insurance, IT, Fleet Management, and Finance
- βOrganize workshops, meetings, and trainings, ensuring smooth communication across all project participants
Requirements
- βHold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Insurance, or a comparable field
- βBring professional experience in project management, ideally with a focus on Insurance or Risk Management
- βHave proven success in executing complex, international projects
- βPossess strong knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally in fleet insurance
- βHave solid project management skills, both agile and traditional
- βWork analytically, structured, and communicate confidently in English; German skills are a nice-to-have
