Cint is seeking a Product Designer to join their growing team. This role involves shaping customer experiences for their suite of SaaS products, focusing on exceptional user experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Champion exceptional user experience solutions across Cint products
- →Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs
- →Ideate on strategic design solutions with stakeholders
- →Create high-quality design artifacts including wireframes and prototypes
- →Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts
- →Conduct user tests to validate design solutions
- →Document design thinking and communicate effectively
- →Apply and contribute to the design system
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- →Partner with Engineering teams to bring designs to market
Requirements
- ✓Passion for design, user experiences, and visual communication
- ✓Strategic and conceptual thinking abilities
- ✓Strong visual design skills for complex user problems
- ✓Knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies
- ✓Understanding of accessibility standards
- ✓Experience testing prototypes
- ✓Knowledge of industry trends and technologies
- ✓3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX design
- ✓Expertise in Figma and design collaboration tools
- ✓Experience with Design Systems or component libraries
- ✓Experience working with developers, product managers, and designers
