About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our quality engineering team. This individual contributor role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced test automation frameworks to significantly raise the quality bar across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation frameworks across multiple platforms including web, API, and backend services.
- →Serve as the technical authority on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, evaluating and integrating new automated tools and technologies.
- →Drive high standards for test code quality, structure, and maintainability through code reviews.
- →Design and execute advanced non-functional tests including performance and load tests, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.
- →Partner with development and product teams to integrate testing practices early in the development lifecycle.
- →Own and optimize the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid feedback and zero defect leakage to production.
- →Debug and analyze complex system failures, identifying root causes in both application code and test infrastructure.
- →Coach and mentor junior and mid-level SDETs and software engineers on technical design, testing strategy, and automation techniques.
- →Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices.
- →Contribute to the long-term quality roadmap and technology choices alongside Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers.
Requirements

- ✓Experience in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers on technical design and automation techniques.
- ✓Strong documentation skills for test strategies and automation frameworks.
