About the Role

The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Contract Compliance Specialist to join the Property Management Department. This role involves managing contracts, reviewing invoices, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities

→Utilize contracts for supply parts, add line items to contracts, and review invoices
→Assist with developing or updating contract specifications and initiating the bidding process
→Monitor and oversee contracts throughout their entire life cycle
→Assist with drafting, routing, and managing contracts, renewals, and amendments
→Review revenue, expenditures, and balances for service contracts
→Analyze data for audit, present findings, and report discrepancies
→Assist in the development of General Fund budgets

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, or a related field
✓Valid Texas driver's license
✓Experience in contract development and management is preferred
✓Experience with work order management systems and financial management systems
✓Detail-oriented with strong technical writing skills
✓Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
