About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team at Clari + Salesloft in India. This role will focus on the strategic development and enhancement of our Platform capabilities, working with a local engineering team to build innovative AI-driven enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify new product opportunities and anticipate potential risks and blockers
- →Collaborate with leaders of other functions to refine product strategy and execute process improvements
- →Build impactful relationships and driving collaborative initiatives across functional teams
- →Work closely with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize the product's impact
- →Work closely with Design on incrementally improving UX to unlock adoption
- →Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major
- ✓Great Product and UX understanding for incrementally improving a workflow
- ✓3-5 years of enterprise SaaS or B2B experience in a Product role
- ✓Experience working with enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Experience bringing new products and features to market from end to end
- ✓Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
