Position Summary
We are seeking a Knowledge/Content Manager to support enterprise-level knowledge and content management operations within a DoD environment. In this role, you will apply expertise across administrative support, content management, and knowledge management disciplines to maintain and optimize large-scale content repositories and business processes, while providing high-level executive support to government clients.
Responsibilities include providing executive-level administrative support including scheduling, project management, and relationship management; creating, curating, and controlling access to content across enterprise platforms; managing and executing change management initiatives and large-scale content curation efforts; supporting DoW business and content processes; and using SQL to extract, analyze, and manage metadata across enterprise content repositories and databases.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of eight (8) years of knowledge/content management and administrative experience in at least two of the following areas: Administrative Support (executive customer service, scheduling, project management, and communication); Content Management (content creation/curation, strategic writing, copywriting, marketing, and DoW access control); or Knowledge Management (change management, data analysis, database management, large-scale content curation, and DoW business processes). Demonstrated SQL proficiency for managing metadata across enterprise-scale repositories is required.
