About the Role
We are looking for a Go To Market Product Manager for South Africa to help optimise and scale the ClearScore Marketplace. You will play a key role in helping millions of users make financial decisions that improve their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimise the ClearScore Marketplace experience in South Africa
- →Set direction for products supporting overall strategy
- →Partner with global teams to ensure South African market needs are represented
- →Work with marketing and commercial teams for coherent go-to-market plans
- →Create a feasible roadmap for ClearScore’s growth
- →Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and analyse data
- →Lead collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and global stakeholders
- →Build deep user, partner, and competitive insights
- →Advocate for Agile methodologies
Requirements
- ✓Experience growing consumer products with marketplace optimisation focus
- ✓Ability to operate as an autonomous individual contributor
- ✓Experience leading teams in problem and solution spaces
- ✓Experience working with marketing and commercial teams
- ✓Experience leading product marketing efforts
- ✓Deep understanding of market, users, partners, and product’s problem space
- ✓Structured approach to tackling ambiguous problems
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Experience working with external partners
- ✓Focus on outcomes and impact
- ✓Experience creating and owning roadmaps and OKRs
