About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join ClickUp, the company behind the first truly converged AI workspace. You'll be instrumental in achieving our ambitious hiring goals and supporting the full recruitment cycle for the AI team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop partnerships with hiring managers to execute each organization's nuanced hiring processes and goals
- →Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
- →Own full-cycle recruitment encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- →Work with ClickUp’s leadership team on talent strategy, growth plans, and interview best practices
- →Help interview and hire for department leaders in engineering, product, and design
- →Manage initial applicant reviews, first-interview scheduling, communications, and negotiations
- →Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives to assess best practices and streamline processes
- →Collaborate as a team player with other members of the recruitment team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full cycle technical recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding
- ✓1+ year of experience hiring GenAI Engineers
- ✓Ashby experience preferred
- ✓Experience hiring for tech startups or agencies serving tech startups, preferably in a SaaS environment
- ✓Experience hiring for various departments in an organization
- ✓Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
- ✓Proven track record of enhancing a company’s hiring lifecycle
- ✓Experience using data to validate the success of hiring efforts
- ✓Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
