About the Role
ClinChoice is searching for a Principal Statistical Programmer Consultant to join one of their clients. This delivery-focused role requires high technical skills and industry knowledge to lead and support programming efforts for clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support programming deliveries for clinical studies or projects
- →Implement statistical programming aspects of protocols and clinical development programs
- →Ensure high quality in own deliverables and those of other programmers
- →Program independently with high efficiency and quality
- →Write and implement specifications and oversee documentation completeness
- →Contribute to developing best practices for quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- →Ensure compliance with standards and automation usage
- →Plan and support team activities and tasks
- →Communicate and escalate risks within assigned studies or projects
- →Work proactively with study team members including Statisticians, Lead Programmers, Data Managers, and Study Leaders
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related scientific discipline with 5 years of clinical programming (CDISC) experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience
- ✓Oncology TA experience required
- ✓Working knowledge of ICH and Good Clinical Practices
- ✓Understanding of clinical research, trial processes, and regulatory requirements
- ✓Strong communication and coordination skills
- ✓Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements for the role
- ✓Ability to proactively manage concurrent project activities
- ✓Proficient ability to influence stakeholders on programming-related items
