About the Role
Cloudflare is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support critical data initiatives and daily sales operations for the GTM organization in Japan. This 12-month contract role requires working with customer data and providing essential operational support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Audit and update account information in Salesforce
- →Compare existing records with external databases to ensure accurate firmographic data
- →Assist with account assignments and territory mapping
- →Perform data entry and record maintenance
- →Update sales data and internal documentation
- →Create basic reports and maintain dashboards
Requirements
- ✓Intermediate Excel skills with formulas and data manipulation
- ✓Previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Sales Support
- ✓Native-level Japanese and working knowledge of English
- ✓Strong commitment to data accuracy
- ✓Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
