About the Role
We are looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join our Sales team at Cloudflare. This role focuses on maximizing renewal value for existing customers by building relationships and articulating ROI to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and maximize renewal value of a book of business
- →Build and leverage customer and channel relationships
- →Capture and articulate ROI to senior customer stakeholders
- →Maintain and report an accurate weekly forecast
- →Negotiate and execute renewal contracts
- →Analyze data to identify selling opportunities

Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside or Field sales
- ✓2+ years relative industry experience
- ✓Expertise in SaaS retention and sales process
- ✓Excellent knowledge of value driven sales
- ✓Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
