About the Role
We are looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join our team at Cloudflare. This role focuses on maximizing renewal value for existing customers by building and leveraging customer relationships and capturing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and maximize renewal value of a book of business
- →Build and leverage customer and channel relationships
- →Articulate business value and make compelling recommendations
- →Maintain and report accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts
- →Engage with contract holders throughout the customer lifecycle
- →Negotiate and execute renewal contracts
- →Prioritize effectively to handle multiple deals
- →Analyze data to identify selling opportunities
- →Drive alignment with the Sales team
- →Participate in customer touch points including Business Value Justification meetings
- →Work with customers and partners during the renewal process
- →Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of experience in Renewals or Field sales
- ✓2+ years relative industry experience
- ✓Expertise in SaaS retention and sales process
- ✓Excellent knowledge of value driven sales
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Demonstrated negotiation skills
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
