About the Role

We are looking for a RevOps Technology Manager to define and drive the strategic vision for our Revenue Operations technology portfolio. This role combines business acumen, technical knowledge, and emerging technology insight to deliver scalable, high-impact GTM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop multi-year technology vision and roadmap aligned with GTM strategic goals
→Lead strategic evaluation of the RevOps technology portfolio to maximize ROI
→Establish governance frameworks, standards, and decision guardrails
→Participate in cross-functional AI initiatives to evaluate and scale AI-enabled capabilities
→Align RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT on technology priorities
→Develop executive-ready materials articulating the GTM technology strategy
→Define KPIs to measure strategic impact, adoption, and investment effectiveness

Requirements

✓10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or related roles
✓5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
✓Salesforce certifications preferred
✓Demonstrated ability to define scalable technology strategy
✓Experience solving complex business problems through technology
✓Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders
✓Strong analytical capability with data-backed recommendations
✓Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technical field
