Requirements
- ✓Have at least one self-initiated project that shows your ability to design something from start to finish
- ✓Have a solid grasp of visual and interaction design fundamentals — typography, spacing, grids, and hierarchy
- ✓Are eager to learn about product design in a real environment and grow with feedback
- ✓Are comfortable collaborating, asking for feedback, and building autonomy step by step
- ✓Have curiosity about how AI can be used as a design tool
- ✓Want to create fintech experiences that are simple, clear, and surprisingly fun
