About the Role
Coalfire is seeking an accomplished Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on growing and protecting cybersecurity services within defined accounts, with a primary emphasis on Coalfire Advisory services. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding client relationships, acquiring new clients, and developing strategic account plans to address cybersecurity and compliance challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and drive business development initiatives aligned with cybersecurity portfolio service offerings
- →Create and execute a quarterly business development plan, coordinating internal and external resources
- →Prepare quarterly reviews on business prospects and market conditions
- →Build cross-functional relationships with project management, delivery, and marketing teams
- →Establish a repeatable process for deal review, approval, and execution
- →Support building market awareness for cybersecurity portfolio service offerings
- →Make an impact on Account Management, including account planning, client procurement, and revenue goals
- →Engage with clients in strategic discussions to provide cybersecurity and IT strategy guidance
- →Develop strong relationships with client executives and position accounts for follow-on engagements
- →Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
- →Lead client-facing management Security Strategy and Planning sessions
- →Maintain customer strategy and direction while collaborating with internal teams
- →Contribute to problem-solving sessions with project and consulting teams
- →Develop business with new buyers and business units within existing accounts
- →Manage Marketing Qualified Leads from origination to conversion
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in direct sales or account management in a B2B sales environment
- ✓Proven history of quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and pipeline generation
- ✓Expertise in cybersecurity, GRC (FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, HIPAA/HITRUST), AI, and/or cloud technology
- ✓Superior ability to develop relationships with C-Level executives
- ✓Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- ✓Exceptional closing skills
- ✓Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills
- ✓Critical thinking skills to determine the best solution
- ✓Ability to solve complex technical problems with little supervision
- ✓Hunter’s mentality within existing accounts
- ✓Ability to travel up to 30% on a monthly basis
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
