About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join Findhelp, a mission-driven organization that connects people to social care resources. This role will manage sales cycles, ensure deal profitability and compliance, and bridge the gap between Sales and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary point of contact for sales reps during the quoting process
→Review custom deal structures, discounts, and non-standard business contract terms
→Verify contract accuracy between signed documents and CRM records
→Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking key metrics
→Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement solutions
→Partner with Customer Success and Billing teams for seamless handoffs
→Analyze historical deal data to provide feedback on pricing strategies
→Evaluate and implement third-party tools for a unified data ecosystem

Requirements

✓2–4 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps within the SaaS industry
✓Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce
✓Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with pivot tables and complex modeling
✓Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) or SQL is a plus
✓Analytical mindset with the ability to find insights in data
✓Communication skills to explain complex processes to non-technical stakeholders
