About the Role
Coalfire is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their cybersecurity team. This role involves leading client engagements, assessing application and infrastructure security, and providing technical expertise to help clients improve their security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and support engagements independently and collaboratively
- →Perform penetration testing on complex applications from both blackbox and whitebox perspectives
- →Assess emerging and custom technologies
- →Lead complex engagements to ensure technical consistency
- →Contextualize vulnerabilities and assess realistic impact
- →Manage priorities and tasks to achieve utilization targets
- →Operate with professionalism with both internal teams and clients
- →Ensure quality reports and services are delivered efficiently
- →Support sales and business growth by identifying opportunities
- →Maintain strong knowledge in the practice area
- →Collaborate with project managers and other team members to drive customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓CREST Certified Tester (CCT) in Infrastructure or Application
- ✓Eligibility for UK SC level Clearance
- ✓Application penetration testing and assessment experience
- ✓Strong working knowledge of at least two programming or scripting languages
- ✓Strong understanding of security principles and industry best practices
- ✓Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting or professional services
- ✓Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Application Security or Software Development
- ✓Excellent consulting skills including time management, communication, and report writing
- ✓Expert proficiency in Web Application Penetration Testing
- ✓Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Mobile Application Penetration Testing, Thick Application Penetration Testing, Hardware Penetration Testing, Secure Code Review, Container Penetration Testing, Cloud Penetration Testing, Network Active Directory Penetration Testing, AI Penetration Testing
