About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager to join CodeRabbit. You will play a key role in bringing our innovative AI-driven code review systems to market, working closely with Product, Engineering, and other Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the category and messaging that positions CodeRabbit’s products in the AI-assisted SDLC space
- →Lead the go-to-market strategy for major feature releases and new pricing models
- →Create sales training materials, pitch decks, and case studies to support our sales team
- →Conduct deep persona research to tailor our value proposition to different stakeholders
- →Develop content strategy with Demand Gen, DevRel, and content teams
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of Product Marketing Manager experience, with significant experience in DevTools and platform
- ✓Strong understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, and LLM basics
- ✓Exceptional writing and communication skills
- ✓Ability to analyze competitive pricing models and present to technical audiences
- ✓Experience with customer research and translating user insights into value propositions
- ✓Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
