About the Role
We are looking for a Transactional Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Coderio. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy and compliance in end-to-end transactional flows related to Payins operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute reconciliation processes across the full transactional flow
- →Review automated reconciliation outputs and analyze discrepancies
- →Proactively follow up on open items to ensure processes are completed within SLAs
- →Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies during reconciliation cycles
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- →Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- ✓Experience in reconciliations, auditing, or Finance/Operations roles in multinational environments
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large datasets
- ✓High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly to change and work under pressure
- ✓Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, data handling)
- ✓Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- ✓Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
