About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at Coderio. This role focuses on transforming complex information architectures into intuitive and aesthetically superior interfaces, ensuring the brand's visual identity is elevated at every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

→Create micro-interactions and advanced user flows that reduce friction and optimize navigation in high-traffic platforms
→Define visual aesthetics, iconography, typography, and design systems with "pixel-perfect" standards, ensuring consistency and scalability
→Build high-fidelity functional prototypes for rapid validation and usability testing with real users
→Ensure all products meet universal accessibility standards and WCAG regulations
→Document and deliver design assets efficiently, ensuring smooth handoff to frontend teams

Requirements

✓Minimum 5 years of solid experience in UX/UI Design roles, preferably in complex digital products or SaaS
✓Exceptional portfolio (mandatory): Demonstrating superior visual judgment, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex processes
✓Expert-level proficiency in Figma: Advanced use of atomic components, auto-layout, variables, and scalable design systems
✓Deep knowledge of native design patterns for iOS, Android, and responsive web environments
✓Proven experience translating business problems into interface solutions that impact conversion (ROI)
