About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Codeway, a company that builds and publishes mobile apps reaching millions of users worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of AI models, user behavior, and conversion, focusing on improving the first-session experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the onboarding and first-session flow end-to-end
- →Drive improvements in CVR, activation, and early retention
- →Iterate UX, messaging, and flow structure to improve clarity and performance
- →Design and run structured experiments to reduce friction
- →Partner with AI research teams to translate user behavior into model improvements
- →Balance input requirements with output quality and generation cost
- →Conduct user interviews and qualitative research
- →Define what a "great first output" means and increase its likelihood
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience leading initiatives that improved core product metrics
- ✓Confidence in taking responsibility for performance outcomes
- ✓Experience iterating onboarding or early user journeys in consumer products
- ✓Experience running structured experiments and connecting UX changes to business outcomes
- ✓Curiosity about how AI systems work
- ✓Comfort working with probabilistic results
- ✓Clear communication across design, engineering, data, and research teams
- ✓Natural ownership and systems thinking
