About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Cohere, a company focused on training and deploying frontier models for AI systems. In this role, you will play a significant part in growing Cohere’s Public Sector business and have autonomy in technical pre-sales and post-sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions
- →Work closely with partners as the trusted technical advisor
- →Help increase the adoption of Cohere products both internally and externally
- →Gather valuable insights and feedback from customers to shape future products
- →Take a hands-on approach to building customer Proof of Concepts
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
- →Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere
- →Identify areas for improvement within the platform
- →Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations
Requirements
- ✓Must have: Security Clearance
- ✓5+ years of public sector customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect experience
- ✓2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions
- ✓Passion for Generative AI and understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLM's and AI technologies
- ✓Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓High tolerance for ambiguity
- ✓Ability to identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
- ✓Preferred: Experience managing Kubernetes clusters
- ✓Preferred: Experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, cert management, etc)
- ✓Preferred: Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth, etc)
