About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and system-thinking Product Manager to join Coinbase Growth’s Engagement team. You will own the core notification platform responsible for delivering billions of notifications and optimize the overall notification experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the trading companion of the future — Transform notifications into an intelligent system that anticipates market opportunities and guides users toward profitable decisions
- →Build for scale and speed — Architect notification infrastructure capable of delivering millions of time-sensitive alerts within seconds
- →Ship to one of the largest notification audiences in fintech — Drive strategy for push, in-app, and email channels reaching Coinbase’s global user base
- →Pioneer ML-driven personalization — Partner with machine learning teams to decide who gets what insight at exactly the right moment
- →Collaborate at the intersection of Growth and Product — Work closely with cross-functional teams to build stateful notification systems
- →Drive measurable business outcomes — Own KPIs tied directly to revenue, trading volume, user retention, and engagement
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product management experience, preferably on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company
- ✓An entrepreneurial "0-to-1" mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and "do the job" manually first
- ✓Deep "1-to-N" Systems Thinking, seeing the one-off solution as a prototype for scalable, reusable "engine" and "primitives"
- ✓Direct experience in growth, notifications, or engagement
- ✓Deeply analytical, with a proven ability to partner with Data Science to build measurement and A/B testing frameworks
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
