About the Role
Coinbase is seeking experienced frontend engineers to join our team to build the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will help build systems to make cryptocurrency accessible globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design secure and highly reliable services to integrate with blockchains and add new cryptocurrency assets to Coinbase business units.
- →Build mass market interfaces for digital currency apps by adding new functionality to existing cryptocurrencies.
- →Write infrastructural services for secure storage, accounting, and transactional services.
- →Work with engineers, product managers, and leadership to turn vision into tangible roadmaps.
- →Contribute positive energy in meetings and make coworkers feel included.
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- ✓At least 4 years of experience developing web apps with JavaScript and modern component-based frameworks like React.
- ✓Experience developing user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks.
- ✓Familiarity with front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability.
- ✓Understanding of product and design lifecycles and collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
- ✓Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
