Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations, or a related field required
- ✓8-12+ years of progressive experience in KYB/KYC, partner onboarding, compliance operations, risk operations, or related domains
- ✓5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and scaling multi-layered operational teams
- ✓Deep expertise in AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and KYB/KYC regulatory frameworks
- ✓Proven track record of driving large-scale process transformation and automation initiatives
