Responsibilities: • Lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems for CoinsPaid and Cryptoprocessing. • Ensure cohesive visual direction across all brand touchpoints. • Design high-quality assets for events, exhibitions, and brand activations (booth graphics, signage, rollups, print materials). • Create strategic presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. • Develop visual elements, frames, and storyboards for animated and video content. • Produce educational and HR-related visual materials and internal communication assets. • Design scalable visual systems for digital campaigns, lead magnets, website content, and funnel-related materials. • Oversee blog and website visual consistency and layout standards. • Create high-performing social media visuals tailored to platform-specific formats. • Mentor and guide junior and middle designers. • Lead cross-department design initiatives and translate complex briefs into effective visual solutions. • Maintain brand consistency, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines across projects. Requirements: • Expert-level proficiency in graphic design tools, formats, and visual systems. • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to align creative execution with strategic goals. • Experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems. • Ability to adapt visual assets across multiple platforms and communication channels. • Proven experience in presentation design, event materials, and digital campaign assets. • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience working with motion designers and contributing to storyboard development. • High level of visual precision, attention to detail, and leadership mindset. • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards. • Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
