About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team. This role involves leading and coordinating projects to ensure successful delivery within budget, timeline, and scope while aligning with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery
- βEnsure projects align with company strategy, goals, and commitments
- βDevelop and maintain project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements
- βDeliver projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope constraints
- βIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- βEnsure all project deliverables meet established quality standards
- βContinuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- βCollaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams
- βIdentify, acquire, and allocate necessary resources while assigning individual responsibilities
- βServe as the main point of contact for daily client communications
- βSet and manage client expectations effectively
- βDevelop and nurture new business opportunities with existing clients
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Engineering; an MBA or a masterβs degree is a plus
- βMinimum 7+ years of experience within IT and Project Management
- βExperience in international projects
- βStrong quality mindset, great team spirit, and detail-oriented
- βAble to work in a very dynamic workplace
- βStrong knowledge of software development processes
- βStrong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders
- βStrong documentation skills
- βStrong analytical problem-solving skills
- βUnderstand and evaluate competitive products
- βAbility to work well under pressure
