About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Associate, Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at Commure. This role will focus on Revenue-Cycle Management, working across multiple departments to define critical business processes and ensure efficient execution for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects from initiation to launch
- →Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Operations teams
- →Apply healthcare revenue cycle and billing experience to validate configurations and prevent operational issues
- →Conduct data validation, reporting, and quality checks during implementation
- →Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable systems and processes
- →Troubleshoot data, process, and workflow blockers
- →Provide business and technical insights to improve workflows
- →Act as a link between operational and technical teams
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or billing
- ✓Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced operations
- ✓Strong data and technical aptitude with experience analyzing large data sets
- ✓Experience with data analysis tools (SQL and Excel preferred)
- ✓Understanding of healthcare operational and financial workflows
- ✓Experience supporting implementations or process improvement projects
- ✓Demonstrated project management skills
- ✓Ability to oversee the entire project management process
- ✓Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices
- ✓Comfort working in an autonomous environment
- ✓Proficient in Retool, Gsuite is a plus
