About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Confluent, a company that rewrites how data moves and what the world can do with it. This role will define the future of Cluster Linking, a core component of Confluent that enables seamless disaster recovery for Kafka workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Launch and drive adoption for our one-click DR initiative
- →Define the future of real-time stream sharing across organizations
- →Power capabilities that let customers migrate to Confluent in a few clicks or API calls
- →Segment and re-package Cluster Linking for different customer needs
- →Partner closely with engineering managers as a strategic partner
- →Work directly with customers to steer them toward the right architectures
- →Drive results through campaigns, webinars, and team assembly
- →Influence and energize teams to turn organizational momentum into product momentum
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud products
- ✓Genuine interest in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- ✓A results-driven mindset with proven ability to influence
- ✓Strong ownership mentality and clear communication skills
- ✓Business thinking beyond the backlog, including segmentation, packaging, and pricing
- ✓LLM or GenAI knowledge is a bonus, but not required
